A. Echocardiography

B. Precordial Doppler

C. EKG

D. Right atrial pressure monitor

E. Arterial blood pressure monitor

F. End-tidal nitrogen concentration

The answer is B. Doppler is the most sensitive. Echo is the most specific. All others can be used and have signs associated with VAE.
