b) Diagnosis of coronary anomalies
c) Investigation of a benign murmur
d) Hemodynamic evaluation for cardiac transplantation in the setting of severe heart failure

Answer b. Hemodynamic catheterization is indicated prior to mosts interventions, for diagnosis of complex coronary anomalies, and prior to listing for a heart transplant. Benign cardiac murmurs are common in pediatrics and usually do NOT warrant invasive investigation.
