D. Afterload

Answer
The answer is D. Afterload, in itself is a deteminant of myocardial oxygen demand. Diastolic blood pressure, not afterload (they are not the same) is a determinant of myocardial oxygen supply. The other determinants of myocardial oxygen supply are cardiac output (HR x SV), oxygen content, coronary perfusion pressure (DBP-LVEDP), heart rate, and wall tension.
