Answer

Answer d.

Cystic fibrosis is a multi-systemic disease that has many manifestations. It can result in lung, pancreatic, and gastrointestinal dysfunction; it may also be associated with coagulopathy secondary to liver dysfunction. Hypoglycemia is not necessarily correlated with or secondary to CF as these patients tend to have insulin insufficiency. Thus hyperglycemia, not hypoglycemia, is a common feature in CF patients.
