Possible complications after device closure of an atrial/ventricular septal defect might include all of the following EXCEPT:
a) Device malposition/embolization
b) Pneumothorax
c) Atrio-ventricular block
d) Damage to the mitral apparatus

Answer b. Pneumothorax would be an extremely rare complication of intracardiac device deployment, although hemopericardium may occur due to cardiac perforation. All of the remaining options are possible complications related to the mechanical deployment.
