Conditions that present risk of perioperative arrhythmia include all of the following EXCEPT:
a) Long QT syndrome
b) Arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia
c) Dressler’s syndrome
d) Coronary vasculopathy

Answer c. Dressler’s syndrome (secondary pericarditis following myocardial injury) is not usually associated with risk of perioperative arrhythmia. The other choices all confer arrythmogenicity and increase the risk of potentially lethal events.
