Answer d. Von Willebrand disease is the most common inherited coagulopathy, affecting up to 1% of the general population. The hemophilias are much more likely to be diagnosed earlier in life. Glanzmann Thrombasthenia is a rare disease and is not the most likely diagnosis in this case.
