Answer c. The elimination half-life of cephalosporins is prolonged. Renal autoregulation is maintained with inhalational agents. Increased risk of renal failure with use of sevoflurane and compound A formation has NOT been demonstrated in infants. Remifentanil metabolism is unaffected by renal or hepatic function.
